Eligibility

SpringfieldBlock is only for people 18 or older. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and provide truthful registration details. Accounts believed to belong to minors may be suspended or removed.

Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and should promptly report unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, spam, expose another person's private information, or upload unlawful content. Follow the Community Guidelines.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload and confirm that you have the rights and permissions to post it. You grant SpringfieldBlock a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service in connection with that content. This license ends when content is removed, except to the extent copies remain in backups or were shared by others, as permitted by law.

Moderation

We may review reports, remove material, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these terms or protect the community. We cannot promise that every post or message is reviewed in advance.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as available and may be changed or interrupted. We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice when required. Where law requires consent to materially revised terms, we will request it.
